Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and leadership on performance. This research was conducted at Central Java Province's Youth, Sports and Tourism Service employees. Research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of the Central Java Province of Youth, Sports and Tourism. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling obtained a sample of 80 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis of this study is with the help of multiple linear regression. The results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.
