Pelatihan Microsoft Excel Untuk Peningkatan Soft Skills Anggota Perhimpunan Human Resources Development Jawa Tengah

Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet program that allows users to create, manage, and analyze data in a table or worksheet format. Microsoft Excel is useful for performing various business tasks such as inventory management, financial report generation, budget planning, and more. The utilization of Microsoft Excel applications for data processing plays a very crucial role in the world of work. This community service activity aims to improve the skills and understanding of members of the Central Java HRD Association in the use of Microsoft Excel. Through this training, participants will have the ability to optimize the utilization of Excel and increase productivity in their daily activities. In addition, the Microsoft Excel intermediate level training also provides participants with the opportunity to understand basic programming concepts. The evaluation results showed a positive level of acceptance from participants on the suitability and usefulness of the material presented. The majority of participants indicated high satisfaction with the training, indicating improved skills in using Microsoft Excel. This community service activity succeeded in having a positive impact in improving the competence of Central Java HRD Association members in utilizing Microsoft Excel technology in their scope of work.

Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Kabupaten Kendal is an organization that is authorized and responsible for managing, fostering, developing and coordinating all sports activities in Kendal Regency. The Kendal Regency KONI management manages 54 sports with a total of 689 athletes, while there are 100 coaches. To manage this, an athlete information system is needed to manage data and information about athletes, including athlete profiles, match results, training schedules, health and fitness other information related to athletes. The primary function of an athlete information system is to assist coaches, team managers, and other support staff in making better decisions related to athlete development and team strategy. In addition, athlete information systems can also help improve athlete performance and overall team management efficiency. The Stikubank University lecturer team has built an Athlete and Coach Information System. This community service activity is carried out to provide training and assistance in the use of the Athlete Information System. The aim of this activity is to provide insight and skills in using Athlete Information Systems to administrators, athletes, and coaches so that the information systems built can help sports teams achieve better performance and gain greater competitive advantages.

Pemanfaatan Formula Logika Dalam Microsoft Excel Untuk Analisis Data Yang Efektif

Penggunaan formula logika dalam Microsoft Excel memberikan keunggulan analitis yang signifikan dalam mengolah dan menganalisis data. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memeperkenalkan peserta pada berbagai formula logika Excel serta mendemonstrasikan cara mengaplikasikannya dalam konteks analisis data yang konkret. Pelatihan ini akan mencakup pemahaman mendalam tentang formula logika meliputi fungsi IF, NESTED IF, AND/OR, dan Conditional Formatting. Peserta akan memperoleh pemahaman yang kokoh tentang bagaimana menggunakan formula logika untuk mengambil keputusan, menemukan tren, dan memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan kompleks. Melalui studi kasus dan latihan interaktif, peserta akan belajar mengidentifikasi skenario dimana formula logika dapat meningkatkan efisiensi analisis data. In everyday life humans can never be separated from communication. Public speaking skills or public speaking are still not fully owned by students. Radio is a popular mass media as a source of information needed by the public. One of the important benchmarks for a radio station is the existence of an announcer. So it is necessary to have knowledge of speaking techniques as a radio announcer. To measure the level of understanding of the participants, the manager conducted a pre-test and post-test followed by observations during the practice of radio public speaking. The results of this service activity really helped the trainees in increasing their knowledge, understanding as well as skills in public speaking and broadcasting.

The administrative process has gradually shifted from manual to computerized administrative processes in various public service activities. The service team then carried out observations in the villages of Mejobo sub-district which turned out to still be very lacking in the need for data processing and computerized information coverage. For this reason, the Service Team is trying to implement the system that is already running in Janggalan in 11 villages in Mejobo sub-district. This system consists of various processing of population data, basic family infrastructure, socio-economic conditions, access to education, etc. This system will later bridge the interests of the village government in producing data and information as well as in reporting to the local government. The system is expected to be able to support the reporting system to local governments by presenting and providing data recapitulation with appropriate indicators. This implementation is carried out using training and mentoring service methods for government staff in Mejobo villages which will then be continued with the community.

Abstract

The Get Contact application is an application that can be easily downloaded for free through Playstore and Appstore. MSME stakeholders in Margosari Limbangan Kendal Village on average promote their products through social media and marketplaces. Online fraud is very rampant in the near future and there is a need for guidance for MSME stakeholders. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge to MSME stakeholders in Margosari Limbangan Kendal Village on how to use the Get Contact application in minimizing online fraud. Through this community service activity, it is expected that MSME stakeholders will be able to empower themselves by maximizing the use of Get Contact application, so that later in carrying out every transaction on social media and marketplace, they will be able to run smoothly and without worrying about online fraud. As a result of this activity, MSME stakeholders install and use the Get Contact application every time they conduct a transaction. MSME stakeholders feel very helpful because many phone and WA numbers that are entered but not known can be traced for their true identity.

Abstrak

Aplikasi Get Contact adalah aplikasi yang bisa di download dengan mudah dan gratis melalui Playstore maupun Appstore. Pelaku UMKM di Desa Margosari Limbangan Kendal rata-rata mempromosikan produk mereka melalui media sosial maupun marketplace. Penipuan online dalam waktu dekat ini sangatlah marak dan perlunya adanya bimbingan terhadap para pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasikan ilmu kepada para pelaku UMKM di Desa Margosari Limbangan Kendal tentang penggunaan aplikasi Get Contact dalam meminimalisir tindak penipuan online. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan para pelaku UMKM mampu membentengi diri dengan memaksimalkan aplikasi Get Contact sehingga nantinya dalam menjalankan setiap transaksi di media sosial maupun marketplace mampu berjalan dengan lancar dan tanpa adanya rasa khawatir akan tindak penipuan online. Hasil dari kegiatan ini pelaku UMKM menginstall dan mengoperasionalkan aplikasi Get Contact setiap adanya transaksi. Para pelaku UMKM merasa sangat terbantu karena banyak nomor HP maupun WA yang masuk tetapi tidak dikenal bisa dilacak akan identitas kebenarannya.
