Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much percentage of foreign investment in Indonesia, to find out domestic investment in Indonesia and the magnitude of the comparison between the percentage of foreign investment and domestic investment, and to find out how the relationship between PMA and PMDN to Regional Domestic Products Gross Gross Domestic Product (GDP), the data in this study are data used to calculate the PMA and PMDN data from 2010 to 2018 which contains data on regions / provinces and countries of origin of investors who invest their capital in Indonesia from the Planting Coordination Agency Indonesian capital, then obtained the results of research in 2012 the largest percentage of FDI growth occurred estimated at 26.06% and the lowest occurred in 2018 amounting to -8.78%. Then to answer the percentage of domestic investment there is the highest growth recorded in 2013 with a figure of 39.04% and the lowest occurred in 2015 with a figure of 14.99%. PMA and PMDN investments in 2010 to 2018, as investment realization rose significantly from year to year when FDI values ​​were higher than domestic investment, and the higher total investment each year reflected good economic performance, then obtained from the results of research that PMA and PMDN has a relationship and no significant effect on GDP with a large synergy value> 5%, indicating that the economic growth that occurred was not stable enough and had been tinged with turmoil in the last period.
