Abstract

The purpose of this researc his totestthe moderate effectof supervisor supportonthe transfer oftrainingattheTax Service PratamaOffice of Semarang Eastand South with training transfer as dependent variable, transfer designandperceivedtrainingutility as independent variables, as well as the supervisor supportas moderate variables. The theory in this study uses the four levels training criteria and socialexchange. The sampling methodusesprobability sampling with a random sampling technique in whichthere are twoTax Service Pratama Office of Semarang with a sampleof 130 employees. Sample of this research on officers who have participated in thetraining program. The data analytic in this research uses a descriptive statistical test method, derivative tests including validity andreliability, and hypothesis testing. The tool susedtotest in this research used Smart PLS 3.0. The result of this research, supervisor support has no moderateeffecton therelationship between design transfer and perceived training utility on the training transfer. In which, the transfer design has a significant positive influence on the training transfer. The perceived training utility has a significant influence on training transfer.
