Abstract

Kitchen or the food processing deportement plays an important
role in serving food and beverage to tlze guests. The good food
processing products is produced through the selection of qualtfied
materials, the good Jbod processing and the good guests service. The
good working areu is marked by the clean kitchen areu, the availahility
of kitchen tools ang properties, and alsa the availability and quati4t of
the human resources. The personnel's understanding and responsibitity
eithr directly and indirectllt will he abvious in the quality of the food
product.
