Abstract

Restaurant is a filed of food business, which is locsted in a part, or a whole
permanent building, which is managed commercially served food and
beverage for the sake of getting the profit and meeting the legal requrement
established in the government regulation. One aspect that influent the
success of restaurant business is the wa.iter/waitress competence.
A professional hotel waiter/witress is supposed to be able to serve and
beverage needs of the guests well and adequately. The guests' satisfaction
will be achievedwhen the guests' needs and requirements are fuffilled.
