The destination attraction includes natural attraction, bulding attraction, cultural attraction and social attration. The behavior includes satisfaction and tourist intention to visit. Reserach design to analysis of the research problem is descriptive method and path analysis with multiple regression. The result of the analysis descriptive method and path analysis with multiple regression there is prove that: 1) The quality of natural attraction have direct and positive impact toward tourist satisfaction. 2) The quality of bulding attraction have direct and positive impact toward tourist satisfaction. 3) The quality of cultural attraction have direct and positive impact toward tourist satisfaction. 4) The quality of social attraction have direct and positive impact toward tourist satisfaction. 5) The quality of natural attraction have direct and positive impact toward tourist intention to visit. 6) The quality of bulding attraction have direct and positive impact toward tourist intention to visit. 7) The quality of cultural attraction have direct and positive impact toward tourist intention to visit. 8) The quality of social attraction have direct and positive impact toward tourist intention to visit. 9) The tourist  satisfaction have direct and positive impact toward tourist intention to visit. The method used in this study is explanatory method, taking the place of research is the Kentucky Fried Chicken Semarang Candi. The population in this study is the Kentucky Fried Chicken customers Semarang Candi with a sample of some 80 people. Data collection techniques of observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study. The results of data analysis showed that partially product affect the quality of customer satisfaction with a standardized beta coefficient of 0.651 and the quality of service affects customer satisfaction with a standardized beta coefficient of 0.316, while simultaneously the quality of<br />product and service quality affects customer satisfaction with an adjusted coefficient of determination R Square of 0.809, which means that the quality of products and quality service are able to explain the variable of satisfaction of 80.9%, while the remaining 19.1% is explained by other variables not examined. The data used are primary data about the promotion mix, operation of promotion mix and the influence of the promotion. Methods of data collection obtained through observation and interviews with sales marketing officer and data were analyzed with descriptive qualitative. Based on the research results can be concluded that the promotion mix is a combination of face to face sales, advertising, sales promotion, publicity and public relation. The method used in this study is explanatory method, the research is taking place Muria Hotel Semarang, with a sample of some 70 employees, data collection techniques of observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study. The results of data analysis showed that the partial effect on the motivation of the leadership style of work with the standardized beta coefficient of 0.640, and the compensation effect on the motivation to work with a standardized beta coefficient of 0.381. One of the untapped potential is UP3 and PSA units in the village Regaloh potential as a vehicle of education charged the factory tour.This study aims to explore the tourism potential that exists with analyzing the internal-external device support using the tools of analysis techniques to determine a strategy to develop the potentials based on findings that already exist. Technic analysis performed included: 1) SWOT analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats based on existing data sources.2) IFASweighted EFAS 3) Descriptive qualitative analysis to describe the linkage of analysis results<br />weighted by the SWOT analysis 4) Pattern Matching Analysis. It is used to compare the results of this study with the factory tour in Taiwan. It focus on what are components that form the social entrepreneurship and does social entrepreneurship lead to any social transformation in social and economic contexts for poor and marginalized groups. This study applied a qualitative method in a Single Case Study design. The field research took place in Koperasi Usaha Bersama (KUB)”Srikandi Jeruk” of Jeruk Village, Pancur, Rembang under Cultural and Industrial Revitalization Project by Indonesian Pluralism Institute (IPI) for Batik Lasem Rembang. Deep interview were conducted with the President of IPI, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with Management team of KUB, some observations and study documentary. The paper concludes that factors associate with successful social entrepreneurship are three components of the ability to: identify an unequal condition in the community, realize the opportunities and take actions to make significant changes for local community. It also concludes that Social entrepreneurship by IPI does lead to some significant changes or social transformation in the availability of quantity and quality employment, innovation, social capital accumulation and equality for poor and marginalized group of local people.</p><p><br />Keywords: Social Entrepreneurship, Component, Impact, Social Transformation.</p> ##submission.copyrightStatement##
