Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to help managers of Microfinance Institutions, especially Rural Banks (BPR) improve their competence in managing Human Resources (HR). For this reason, the PKM Team has designed practical training materials with Organizing Partners in the form of Remote Training (PJJ) using zoom media. The main points of the material presented were related to personnel management from recruitment to termination of employment. The main concepts presented are related to the source of workers who are categorized as fresh graduates, experienced worker, hijackers in the recruitment process. Then emphasized also the applicable remuneration system. Then related to the results of the performance appraisal there are rewards and punishments, there are rotations, there are promotions and demotions until finally the management will terminate the employment relationship with its employees (PHK). To measure the success of the implementation of activities, before and after the PJJ, pre-test and post-test were carried out.
