Abstract

One of the economic strengths for the people of Indonesia is the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Most MSME businesses experience problems in terms of marketing, especially during the current covid pandemic crisis, as well as Convection MSMEs in Sijeruk Village. The emergence of marketing problems in MSME Convection is due to sales still using traditional sales so that they are limited in the surrounding environment, do not have a clear target market so that sales are everywhere without a clear direction, and there is no modern marketing coaching or training. Therefore, there needs to be serious efforts to overcome the problems above. One of them is by providing marketing training with online digital marketing (Online Digital Marketing). The method used in online digital marketing goes through several stages, including; identification of situation analysis, assistance in extracting information, formulation of training materials, verification of training, implementation or application of digital marketing, monitoring or evaluation of training results. The expected results from the implementation of this service are that participants can make online marketing designs and can practice them on existing social media. Through the training, it is hoped that later MSMEs in Convection will be able to create digital marketing content and be able to sell products through social media so that sales turnover will increase.
