Abstract

Jenang Waluyo is a company engaged in the business of making traditional food which is very popular with the community. Even though the name is “Jenang Waluyo”, this home-based business also produces jadah, diamonds and krasikan. This business is located in Kuncen Hamlet, Karangduren Village, Tengaran District, Semarang Regency, Central Java. Jenang Waluyo, which was founded in September 2005, has provided employment opportunities for the surrounding community, although not many. Based on the constraints experienced by the Jenang Waluyo company, this company is still not optimal in carrying out the company's management and operations so that a strategy is needed so that in the future it can develop in the long term. Therefore, there is a need for training that not only increases knowledge but also adds skills to companies and workers so that it is expected to increase work productivity. Provision of material and training is given to leaders and employees in the form of education provided in the form of socialization and discussion, starting from an analysis of the company's strengths and weaknesses up to the formulation and planning of the company's strategy is displayed during counseling/socialization. With the right strategic planning, this jenang company can improve its performance better.
