Abstract

The ability to study the market, map the market and determine prospective banks is very important for banking, so it
requires Account Officers who have the ability. The target of Community Service is Marketers or Account/Relationships
Officers. Activities are provided in the form of training. The main material provided is related to market mapping,
determining market targets and bank prospects, both for collecting funds and for distributing credit. This market mapping
competency is important because marketers must be able to map their customers before carrying out prospecting to
customers, both for raising funds and extending credit. Therefore, this activity is focused on providing basic provisions
to AO/ROs at all levels who work at BPR Agung Sejahtera Semarang. The training methods used are lectures, discussions
and practice. After the training is complete, the PKM Team continues to provide assistance to the participants. In order
to monitor and evaluate participants' absorption capacity in implementing training materials according to the topics
above. The results of this training evaluation are that AO/ROs are increasingly skilled in mapping markets, compiling
prospect banks so that they can be more effective and efficient in recruiting new customers or maintaining old customers.
