Reviewer Guidelines

Reviewers of Jurnal DINAMIKA HUKUM assists editors in making editorial decisions on manuscripts submitted by the author.

1. Reviewers are responsible for the recommendations of the manuscript they have reviewed.
2. The process of reviewing manuscripts by reviewers is carried out objectively, and is based on clear arguments
3. Reviewers are responsible for citation, reference, duplication, fabrication of data, falsification of data and plagiarism on the manuscript that has been reviewed.
4. Reviewers must always keep the confidentiality of information and not use information from manuscripts that are reviewed for personal gain.
